After sneezing, my back went in a very bad way. I struggled to walk, get up, sit down and roll over in bed. I was in extreme pain and didn't know what to do. After a few days I discovered Dwayne and made a booking. On the day he did a number of assessments, stretched my spine and gave me what felt like a very sleep inducing relaxing muscle massage. I was very sceptical at first, but the relief was almost instant. The very same night and following morning I had no residual pain and was able to turn over in bed. Dwayne provided me with easy stretches for me to do at home for my spine, and I'm very happy, relieved and a definite convert. I will be booking another session and highly recommend him.
