Light Massage Treatment (Also known as Swedish Massage)
Light massage is a gentle form of massage that can provide numerous benefits for both the body and mind. Deep Tissue Massage Treatment
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially good for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the benefits of deep tissue massage include improved blood pressure, reduced stress hormone levels, and increased joint mobility. Deeper pressure for a more effective tissue change. Release those endorphins, improve flexibility, enjoy & relax. Not good for lympthatic drainage. Deep tissue massage treatments should not be a painful experience! I
f you have muscle soreness before treatment, you could feel tender to touch at the start of the session, but you shouldn't feel active pain. If you do, you should tell your massage therapist. Do not suffer in silence!

Sports Massage Treatment
This treatment is good for every body, not just athletes. If you have a physically demanding job, spend long hours standing or sitting for work, or generally live a sedentary lifestyle, you too can benefit from having sports massage therapy treatments. Treatment consist of a combination of massage, trigger point therapy, PNF/MET (if required) & stretches to help with knots and tight muscles. This type of treatment can help improve elasticity, flexibility and mobility. Sports massage can be applied in a number of ways;
Maintenance - In between sporting activities to help keep your muscles pliable & loosen joints to keep your range of movement at its maximum efficiency helping to minimise the risk of injury. This treatment is also beneficial if you live a sedentary lifestyle.  
Pre-workout - Help warm up your muscles before a sporting event to help give you peak performance & minimise the risk of injury. 
Post-workout -  Help cool down your muscles and help create an environment for your body to recover more efficiently, more quickly.

Assisted Stretching with Joint Articulation & Mobilisation

(No massage)
This treatment can be administered without the need for massage and is conducted with the client fully clothed, but appropriate clothing must be worn (no jeans). Passive assisted stretching with joint articulation and muscle energy technique can provide numerous benefits. This technique involves a therapist gently moving your body into different positions while you relax, followed by muscle contractions to further stretch and strengthen the targeted muscles. The benefits of this technique include improved posture, reduced pain and stiffness, muscle contractions to facilitate the release of muscle tension and improved blood flow, increased flexibility, and improved range of motion. This type of treatment is particularly effective for athletes and individuals with chronic pain or limited mobility. Incorporating these techniques into your fitness routine can help you achieve your goals and improve your overall-being. Joint articulation and mobilisation are therapeutic techniques employed by physical therapists to enhance joint mobility and alleviate pain. These techniques involve the application of gentle movements to the joint to augment its range of motion and optimise joint function. The advantages of joint mobilisation include pain reduction, improved joint flexibility, and enhanced joint stability. Remedial Treatment 
To help you recover from a sporting injury or an injury caused at home or work. At your first appointment, a detailed medical history will be taken to identify all factors affecting your current health, including information about your lifestyle and diet. All your details will be handled with the strictest confidence. A physical examination will assist in identifying the source of your problem. Together, the case history and examination will enable us (me & you) to formulate a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. A variety of soft tissue technique, PNF/MET, stretching, active & passive movements and manipulative techniques may be used to facilitate your body’s ability to help heal itself. Other lifestyle, dietary, and exercise advice may be provided to prevent recurrence of the condition. Please feel free to ask questions at any time during the consultation. Your first appointment should be 60 minutes. GP approval maybe required.

Oncology Massage Treatment
Oncology massage is a specialised form of massage therapy that is designed to meet the unique needs of cancer patients while having treatments, during recovery or palliative care. It can help alleviate symptoms such as pain, anxiety, and fatigue, and can also improve overall quality of life. Patients can experience the benefits of massage in a safe and supportive environment. Once booking is confirmed, please complete a consultation form from the Consultation page. 

Cancellation Policy
You must give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel, reschedule or request a refund or you could lose your payment for that booking. If you fail to attend without notice, you will not be refunded. If you fail to attend within 15 minutes of your appointment, this maybe deemed as a no show. If you are running late, please notify your therapist as soon as possible. Your time may not be able to be extended because of other bookings. If your therapist is running late, you will still get the full time treatment that you paid for. You cannot get a refund after receiving treatment but maybe entitled to a partial refund to remaining balance on block bookings. Subscription bookings can be cancelled at anytime and you will not be charged on the next billing cycle, thank you.
