Cancellation Policy

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST BOOKING, PLEASE COMPLETE A CONSULTATION FORM VIA THE CONSULTATION FORM PAGE. DOING SO NOW WILL MEAN NOT HAVING TO DO IT WHEN YOU ARRIVE, ALLOWING MORE TIME FOR YOUR TREATMENT. You must give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel, reschedule or request a refund or you could lose your payment for that booking. If you fail to attend without notice, you will not be refunded. If you fail to attend within 15 minutes of your appointment, this maybe deemed as a no show. If you are running late, please notify your therapist as soon as possible. Your time may not be able to be extended because of other bookings. If your therapist is running late, you will still get the full time treatment that you paid for. You cannot get a refund after receiving treatment but maybe entitled to a partial refund to remaining balance on block bookings. Subscription bookings can be cancelled at anytime and you will not be charged on the next billing cycle, thank you.
